Since 2008 we have been working successfully together with different social services in the Canton of Zurich. 65% of our managed job-seekers find a job in their target area within a year. Our formula for success is based on individual coaching, systematic further education and in the network to mentors and employers.
- Labour Integration Program: We support job seekers in the search for a corresponding career position with the following services:

- Career oriented language classes
- Labour Integration After-Care (accompaniment): The effectiveness of this, after securing a job position is very important. The person is counselled and supported over a time period of 6 months.
- Selective Counsel and a professional assessment of the possibilities in the labour market.
If you have any candidates of whose professional resources are inadequately in use and who correspond with our candidate profile, you could contact us by telephone or Email. We also give individual advice and a professional assessment of prospects in the labor market. For an initial evaluation, we require the CV and copy of the interested person’s identity document. In addition, we request contact details of the person responsible for the social counseling.
